My Story
My upbringing is rooted in Eastern spiritual traditions and my encounter with illness guided me towards the transformative practices of mindfulness and meditation very early in life. These practices become my guiding lights and have profoundly shaped my perspective on life, fostering a deep sense of equanimity and gratitude. Motivated by the profound positive impact they’ve had on my own journey, it is my passion and purpose to help build a more conscious, compassionate, and resilient society leading to overall well-being and joy.
Having received training in both Buddhist and yogic spiritual traditions, and armed with a robust scientific background (Master’s in Molecular & Cellular Biology and Master’s in Biochemistry) , I design and deliver mindfulness workshops from a secular and scientific viewpoint, enriched by a deep understanding for diverse spiritual teachings and traditions.
My purpose is to foster a society characterized by heightened awareness, empathy, and resilience, with a firm belief that it begins with the mental health and emotional well-being of individuals. By empowering individuals with mindfulness tools & techniques, I aim to lead them toward a more genuine, meaningful, and fulfilling
