Mindfultools offer mindfulness coaching rooted in a scientific and secular perspective, while having a deeper understanding of various spiritual teachings and traditions. 

  • I am an UCLA trained and authorized mindfulness facilitator through  Mindfulness awareness Research center (MARC) at the Semel Institute of Neuroscience and Human Behavior, UCLA and certified Meditation teacher.
  • I am trained in Compassion cultivation practices through Stanford Center for Compassion and Altruism and a member of International Mindfulness Teacher’s Association (IMTA).
  • I bring 20 years of deep and consistent personal meditation/mindfulness practice.
  • My leadership style is to Be Authentic, Lead with Empathy and Example, and Service Leadership.
  • Drawing on my extensive background as molecular & cellular biologist and biochemist,  I possess deeper understanding of cellular mechanisms and the neuroscience behind mindfulness. This enables me to adeptly instruct in mindfulness and meditation techniques, emphasizing on science behind key concepts like burnout, resilience, and empathy.

My story

I was fortunate to be raised within the rich tapestry of Eastern spiritual traditions, an upbringing that profoundly shaped my perspective on life. Early in my life, a battle with sickness led me to the transformative practices of mindfulness and meditation. These daily rituals became my guiding lights, altering my outlook and fostering a deep sense of equanimity and gratitude.

My personal journey with mindfulness and meditation has been nothing short of transformative. It’s a journey that humbles me and fills me with gratitude. It is this gratitude that fuels my passion and purpose. I am driven to share the profound benefits I’ve experienced with others, not from a place of expertise, but from a genuine desire to contribute to a more conscious, compassionate, and resilient society. My aim is to facilitate overall well-being and joy, one mindful moment at a time.
